500 g chicken meat 5 green onion (finely chopped) 4 buns arugula and tomatoes 1 zucchini 4 h spoon of Abkhazian sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil salt & pepper to taste
Chicken burger
Make minced meat for cutlets: crank raw meat in a meat grinder. Neither salt nor pepper it is not necessary. Tear the lettuce. Slices cut pickles.  Cut the zucchini into rings, then fry on both sides in vegetable oil until Golden brown (inside the zucchini should remain slightly damp!).   Chop the green onion rings.   RUB the cheese on a large grater. One cutlet needs about 150g of minced meat. Make a ball, put on the parchment, press the patties with your palm to get flat circles. Each roll is divided into 2 parts. Melt the butter without boiling it. A small amount of butter lubricate the inside of each half of the rolls. Brown the buns in a pan and set aside. Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the cutlets on both sides (in the process of frying they need to be salted and pepper). Put cheese on top of the finished cutlets, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid so that it melts better. Grease the inside of the rolls with sauce, put on the bottom sheet of salad, then cutlet with cheese, zucchini, pickled cucumbers and green onions. Cover the top half of the bun and pierce the Burger with a skewer.
